Both optic nerves show increased girth with vertical tortuous courses. Bilateral indentation of the posterior sclera at optic disc is noted.

Partial empty sella turcica, prominent Michel's caves and decreased size of both frontal horns, raising the possibility of intracranial hypertension.

Case Discussion

CT features of the eye globe bilaterally are in keeping with bilateral papilledema, possibly secondary to idiopathic intracranial hypertension.
