A well defined extra-axial dural based  S.O.L is seen in right high parietal region para-sagittal in location. It measures about 3X3.2X4.2 cm along its maximum antero-posterior, side to side and cranio-caudal dimensions respectively.

It appears of intermediate signal on T1 and T2 weighted images. In post contrast study, it shows intense homogeneous enhancement

On diffusion weighted images it showed restricted diffusion with high DWI & low ADC signals.

The lesion is not surrounded by peri-focal edema and it exerts a mass effect in the form of effacement of the adjacent cortical sulci and mild shift of the falx cerebri to contra lateral side.

Normal appearance of the ventricular system.

Few  foci of altered MR signal are seen at both cerebral hemispheres eliciting high T2 & FLAIR signal intensities representing lacunar infarcts.

Normal appearance of brainstem and cerebellar hemispheres.

Case Discussion

Imaging features are in keeping wit a right para-sagittal high parietal meningioma.
