Lymphohistiocytic infiltrate with multinucleated giant cells showing fungal spores with peripheral budding. 400x H&E: magnified view showing giant cell containing fungal spores with multiple internal peripheral budding. 

Case Discussion

This case shows the microscopy of a neck lymph node in a patient with the chronic form of paracoccidioidomycosis. Unfortunately, images of this case were not made available.
