Presentation

Non-traumatic shoulder pain - a few months.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

No abnormality

ultrasound

Cystic lesion is noted deep to supraspinatus and infraspinatus musculo-tendinous junction. It reaches to the glenoid rim.

Case Discussion

Findings suggest a paralabral cyst of gleno-humeral joint. MRI is recommended.
