Cystic lesion approaching the glenohumeral joint is noted.
Case Discussion
Findings favor paralabral cyst of glenohumeral joint. It is a rare incidental finding, located within 1 cm of the glenoid labrum with a high association with glenoid labral tears. MRI is needed for evaluation of the labrum.
