Presentation

Non-traumatic onset of right shoulder pain for few days.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Right shoulder

ultrasound

There is an anechoic thin-walled cyst deep to supraspinatus musculotendinous junction. It enters to spino-glenoid notch. It measures 30 x 17 x 13 mm.

The rotator cuff is intact.
