Presentation

Pain with swelling, of the posteromedial aspect of the right knee.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is a lobulated multiseptated cyst (3.5 x 2.5 x 1.2 cm) located along the posterior aspect of the posterior medial meniscal horn with a horizontal tear of the body and posterior horn. Mild joint effusion is noted.
