No renal tract stones.
Lobulated cystic lesion posterior to the IVC insinuating the renal pelvic region. No calcific or solid components.
1 cm simple segment four hepatic cyst.
Moderate sized hiatus hernia.
Extensive colonic diverticulosis, severe in the sigmoid colon.
Case Discussion
Longstanding 5 cm right pararenal lymphangioma. This has been present and unchanged on various scans for the past 15 years.
This is the typical appearance of a lymphangioma, which is not infrequently seen in this location.
