Paratesticular fibrosis is also known as nodular fibrous periorchitis, reactive periorchitis and fibrous pseudo-tumour. It is a condition that is considered reactive in which a history of epididymo-orchitis, trauma or inflamed hydrocele is often present. A subset belong to IgG4 related sclerosing disease, although the pertinent immuno stains in this case were negative.
