Elongated ovoid mass in the upper posterior mediastinum in a right para-esophageal location at the T1/2 level, measuring 19 mm in superoinferior extent and 7.6 x 4.7 mm in the axial plane. This is compatible with an ectopic parathyroid adenoma.
