X-ray - 30 x 20 x 14 mm air cyst is noted in right para-tracheal region.
No significant abnormality is seen in cervical spine.

Normal axial view of left paratracheal region for comparision shows trachea, esophagus, thyroid gland and neck major vessels
Right lower axial view of neck shows abnormal air 'Shadow' between carotid vessel and normal tracheal air.
Air noted at lower pole of right lobe of thyroid gland
