Right sided para-tracheal air cyst at the thoracic inlet.
Case Discussion
Paratracheal air cyst/tracheal diverticulum is usually an incidental finding.
It's almost always located at the right posterolateral aspect of the tracheal air column at the thoracic inlet.
The wall of the cyst can be irregularly thickened.
Direct communication with the trachea is often visible at CT.
