HIV/AIDS, hepatosplenomegaly.

Enlarged lymph node in right paratracheal region, resulting in widening of the right paratracheal stripe.

Right paratracheal stripe widening.

Case Discussion

Chest CT revealed multiple mediastinal and hilar enlarged lymph nodes. Axillary lymph node biopsy resulted in HIV-related lymphadenopathy.
