Two rounded defects in the parietal bone located near the intersection of the sagittal and lambdoid sutures.
Case Discussion
Plain skull radiograph demonstrates bilateral parietal symmetric homogeneous rounded calvarial lucencies, consistent with incidental prominent parietal foramina. They are usually asymptomatic, however, they can be associated with a vascular or cortical malformation.
