Parosteal osteosarcoma

A large lobulated mass arises from the posterior aspect of distal femur above the lateral femoral condyle and partially encircling around the femur. It displays low signal in all pulse sequence denoting ossified matrix. Soft tissue edema around the lesion. No cortical destruction. Minimal joint effusion
Case Discussion
Features are consistent of parosteal osteosarcoma which is low grade tumor arising from the outer periosteal layer.
This case was pathologically proved.
