The left parotid gland is enlarged with an intra-parotid  collection of  anfractuous walls that enhance  with the use of contrast medium and with a hypodense central area, identifying a break of parenchyma and collection extension adjacent the subcutaneous tissue. This collection measures 5.1 x 4.7 x 6cm in its transversal anteroposterior axis, and  cefalocaudally. No calcified images are identified at intraparotid  or in the duct. Inflammatory changes contact ipsilateral carotid space and determines left masseter muscle thickening, without evidence of intramuscular collections. Faringomucosal  space, parapharyngeal, retropharyngeal, parotid and submandibular law unchanged. Reactive lymphadenopathy of  left submandibular and cervical space The airway and digestive tract shows normal caliber. Tongue and floor of mouth normal tomographic features.Larynx tomographic unaltered.

Inflammatory changes in the left parotid gland with formation of a intraglandular collection and extent of inflammatory changes in adjacent subcutaneous tissue.
