Parotid Parotid malignant tumorstumours are rare. There are low aggressive tumorstumours (acinar cell carcinoma, muco-epidermal and mucoepidermoid carcinoma) and more aggressive forms (squamous cell carcinoma, and adenoid-cystic cystic carcinoma).

Neck ultrasound
RoundA rounded hypoechoic neoformationlesion with flow signals in the right parotid gland with associated multiple adenopathies. Useful biopsy.

Neck MRI
The lesion is bounded inlocated at the upper portion of the parotid gland, extended from the most superficial to the deeper, also affecting the course of the facial nerve. The lesion with enhancement, shows well-defined contours and homogeneous structure with modest component necrotic. There are intra-parotid adenomegalies inadenopathies and at the laterocervical sitelateral cervical level 2.
