Presentation
Swelling at the right parotid region.
Patient Data
A rounded hypoechoic lesion with flow signals in the right parotid gland with associated multiple adenopathies. Useful biopsy.
The lesion is located at the upper portion of the parotid gland, extended from the most superficial to the deeper, also affecting the course of the facial nerve. The lesion with enhancement shows well-defined contours and homogeneous structure with modest component necrotic. There are intra-parotid adenopathies and at the lateral cervical level 2.

Case Discussion
The patient was subjected to right parotidectomy and cervical lymph node dissection surgery. Parotid malignant tumors are rare. There are low aggressive tumors (acinar cell carcinoma and mucoepidermoid carcinoma) and more aggressive forms (squamous cell carcinoma and adenoid cystic carcinoma).
