Node with echogenicity similar to that of the adjacent subcutaneous adipose tissue, with hyperechoic streaks parallel to the transducer, located in the topography of the parotid gland (posterior and lateral to the retromandibular vein).
Case Discussion
Fine needle aspiration showed fragments of adipose tissue, consistent with parotid lipoma.
