Case Discussion

Radiological features are in favor of intraparotid cystic lymphangioma extending to the right parapharyngeal space. It is one form of congenital lymphangiomas which are most commonly occur in the cervicofacial regions in pediatric age group.

It appears as a fluid-containing lesion which can be unilocular or multilocular and can be multispatial. Most commonly presents as a painless swelling, yet it can be complicated by hemorrhage, infection or mass effect.
