Complaining of nodular swelling in parotid region for a few months.

Transverse
A lesion is noted at the site pointed to by the patient.
It is in the superficial lobe of right parotid gland. Lesion abuts the capsule of gland. It measures 11 x 10 x 9 mm. Lesion is well-defined, hypoechoic with central calcifcation focus.
Vascularity is noted in the solid part of the lesion.
Case Discussion
This lesion was excised. Histopathology - low-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
