Parotid mass.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
mri

There is a well defined mass involving the left parotid gland, hypointense on T1 and slightly hyperintense on T2, enhancing homogeneously after gadolinium administration. The most probable diagnosis is pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland.

Case Discussion

The diagnosis was confirmed on pathology. This case shows the characteristic appearance of pleomorphic adenoma.
