Presentation

Followed for left hemifacial atrophy. Presents with right hemiparesis.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
mri
  • there is facial asymmetry with left hemifacial soft tissue atrophy

  • atrophy of the ipsilateral brain parenchyma with FLAIR hyperintensities involving the cortex and the subcortical white matter

  • mild left parotid gland atrophy
