Pars interarticularis defect

- the lumbar spine is inclining to the left side on the AP view
- straight lumbar spine on the lateral view
- severely decreased disc space with moderate anterior spondylolisthesis L5-S1 (Meyerding grade II) and pars interarticularis defect is seen
- mild degenerative changes with anterior osteophytes L1 to L3
