Low back pain, few hours after fall at work, landing on his back. No radiation of pain to thighs, no numbness.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Pars interarticularis defect of the 5th lumbar vertebra.

Mildly decreased disc space height with grade I spondylolisthesis at the L5-S1 level.
