Presentation

The patient complains of upper thoracic and low backache for 5 days, after a history of lifting a heavy object.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Anterior displacement of L5 vertebral body relative to S1 with pars interarticularis (spondylolisthesis grade II).

Decreased disc space height of the L5-S1 level.

Mild wedging of the L1 vertebral body.
