Pars interarticularis defects - mulitlevel

Low back pain.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral pars interarticularis defects at L3 and L5. No listhesis at L3/4. Minimal anterolisthesis at L5/S1. 

Case Discussion

The most common level of a pars interarticularis defect is L5, followed by L4. Multilevel pars interarticularis defects are infrequent.
