Diffuse supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscles edema.
Small defect of anterior labrum - sublabral foramen.
Rotator cuff tendons are intact.
Case Discussion
Diffuse muscle edema without rotator cuff tendons lesions is due to subacute denervation.
There are specific and almost pathognomonic findings of supraspinatus neuropathy aka Parsonage-Turner syndrome.
