The left superior pulmonary vein is drained to the left brachiocephalic vein.
Case Discussion
Findings are compatible with partial anomalous pulmonary venous return (PAPVR), a rare congenital cardiovascular condition in some pulmonary veins, which drain into the systemic circulation rather than in the left atrium.
