swelling and T2 hyperintensity of the ACL on fat-saturated PD
partial ACL fibre discontinuity involving the anteromedial bundle
there is no bone contusion
the medial and lateral collateral ligaments are unremarkable
central chondral lesion of the patella with an associated bone contusion
