On the MRA, the proximal segment of the V4 segment of the right vertebral artery is noted to bifurcate and drain into the basilar artery at two separate locations.

Case Discussion

The imaging findings are consistent with partial vertebral artery duplication. This is an incidental finding, asymptomatic, and does not require any further intervention.
