Age: 65-70Y
Gender: Female

Can you name this device?

Patient has had complete laryngectomy for squamous cell cancer of larynx.  There is a Passy Muir Valve covering the tracheostomy.

When you look at trachea the air overlying larynx is wider than usual. This should clue you into it.

Look at all foreign bodies in detail.
