Patau syndrome

Left sided heart was smaller with abnormal three vessel view.
Post axial polydactily - Both feet and one hand.
Bilateral echogenic kidneys.
Early IUGR.
Patient was referred for comprehensive fetal echocardiography showing - Hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
Karyotype was suggessted.

Hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
Bilateral echogenic kidneys.
Polydactyly ( in both hands and both feet in abortus ).
Prenatal chromosome analysis - Trisomy 13
