Patchy opacity partially obscuring the right hemidiaphragm with preservation of the right heart border. The appearance in suggests partial right lower lobe consolidation (pneumonia). Background cardiac enlargement with prior surgery and pacemaker noted. There is mild venous congestion but no interstitial or alveolar edema.
