Trauma to the left knee. Complaining of anterior knee pain.

Patellar avulsion fracture

There are tiny bone flakes closed to medial side of the patella. There is a corresponding tiny defect in the adjacent patellar cortex. There is no dislocation/ bone lesion. There are soft tissue density foci in the supra-patellar and in the infra patellar fat pads.
Case Discussion
The case shows an patellar avulsion fracture from its medial margin which should raise a possibility of transient patellar dislocation/ subluxation.
