Degenerative enthesophytes at the upper and lower poles of the patella bilaterally at the attachments of quadriceps and patellar tendons.

Mild osteoarthritic changes in both knee joints.

Case Discussion

Patellar tooth sign is seen in the skyline (sunrise) view as saw-tooth projections in keeping with patellar enthesopathy.
