Age: 80
Gender: Male
x-ray

Focal thickening/swelling projecting over the patellar tendon and/or superficial infrapatellar bursa. Findings are consistent with patellar tendinosis (such as some degree of tear) and/or superficial infrapatellar bursitis.

Moderate joint space narrowing at the medial compartment of the tibiofemoral joint with subchondral sclerosis and minimal marginal osteophyte formation of the medial tibial plateau. There is also joint space narrowing and the patellofemoral joint with minimal superior marginal osteophyte formation of the patella. Prominent osteophyte formation at the medial femoral trochlea. Enthesophyte of the superior pole of the patella is noted.

No knee joint effusion.
