Presentation

Trauma to the right hand six weeks ago.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Non-displaced healing fracture of the proximal phalangeal base of the 5th finger. There is an underlying expansile lytic lesion with sharply defined margins and central chondroid calcification.
