Left femoral neck fracture with upward displacement of the femoral shaft. Mild sclerosis and heterogeneous texture of the medial aspect of femoral neck and upper shaft, suggestive of underlying bone lesion.
Sclerosis of left pubic bone adjacent to symphysis pubis.
