Pathological fracture through humeral breast cancer metastasis

Arm pain.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Lucent permeative lesion is noted at the proximal aspect of the right humeral shaft, with a oblique pathological fracture.

Oblique pathological fracture through the proximal shaft of the right humerus. Mixed lytic and sclerotic metastatic deposits are also present more proximally in the right humerus.
