An undisplaced scaphoid waist fracture (middle third) over an osteolytic intraosseous lesion with a narrow transition zone.
Case Discussion
The intraosseous osteolytic lesion is likely to be an intraosseous ganglion cyst. No other fractures are seen, as pathological fractures need less force to occur.
