Slight hypoattenuation of brain parenchyma in the vascular territory of the posterior cerebral artery and the right cerebellar arteries.

CT brain (three days later)

ct

Further delineation of the infarcted area in the right posterior circulation, with edema and compression of the fourth ventricle.
