Presentation
Stab injury to left lower abdomen
Patient Data

Delayed acquisition following contrast administration to evaluate the ureters and urinary bladder.
No ureteric or bladder injury. but the bladder is compressed laterally leading to its odd shape, similar to a pear. The cause here is an extraperitoneal haematoma secondary to venous injury.
