Pectoralis muscle lipoma

Came with complaint of mass in breast

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

A well defined hypodense mass is noted in the within the right pectoralis muscle with a HU of -80. Thought to be an intramuscular lipoma and proven on surgery.

Case Discussion

Lipoma are extraordinarily common findings but pectoralis muscle lipomas are relatively rare.
