Pectoralis muscle lipoma

A well defined hypodense mass is noted within the right pectoralis muscle with a HU of -80. Thought to be an intramuscular lipoma and proven on surgery.
Case Discussion
Lipomas are extraordinarily common findings but pectoralis muscle lipomas are relatively rare.
