There is blurring of right heart border and slightly increased density of the inferomedial lung zones on the right. Lateral projection reveals pectus excavatum.
Case Discussion
Just looking at the frontal projection, the differentials would include right middle lobe consolidation/atelectasis, although the lateral projection helps in spotting moderate pectus excavatum presented by this patient.
