Severe pectus excavatum, with anterior lower chest deformity. The Haller index is 4.3, with significant mass effect on right heart chambers.
Case Discussion
This elderly female presented with chronic obstructive bronchopulmonary disease, with incidental finding of a severe chest wall deformity, which probably contributes to know dyspnea and a restrictive pattern in pulmonary function tests.
