Pedal post-axial polydactyly

MR reveals fully formed extra digit and 6 metatarsals. There is synostosis at the proximal aspect of 4th and 5th metatarsals.
No bony destruction or bone marrow edema was noted.
Signal intensity of soft tissues within normal limits.
Case Discussion
Pedal polydactyly is not a very common and is an anomaly with great variation in clinical presentation. The 6th digit surprised us during reporting.
