Presentation

Painful palpable mass on the physical exam at the superomedial aspect of the left knee. Recent trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is pedunculated osteochondroma approximately 7 cm long in the posteromedial part of the distal metaphysis of the left femur. A small cortical step is noted in the lower medial aspect of the lesion, suspected of an incomplete fracture.
