Focal distal thigh painless swelling

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
X-ray

A pedunculated bony lesion is seen arising from the metaphyseal region of the distal left femur which is projecting away from the epiphysis.

Case Discussion

An osteochondroma can be either sessile or pedunculated and is seen in the metaphyseal region typically projecting away from the epiphysis.
